ABOUT
Dr. Bryan Schaffer is an Assistant Professor of Management at Western Carolina University. Prior to Western Carolina, he was an Associate Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University and a tenured faculty member at UNC Asheville. He has extensive teaching experience in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Teambuilding, Management, Organizational Change and Human Resource Management. His experience in industry includes numerous supervisory and management positions with the Pillsbury Company, Avon Products, Inc., and McMaster-Carr Supply Company.
