Tonya Wilson Snider, MBA, has 20+ years of experience consulting and training businesses through her work in economic development, commercial lending, leadership and business ownership. She specializes in marketing strategies and team development and is recognized throughout the state for developing customized trainings that are interactive and engaging, yet sharply focused on goals and outcomes. She currently teaches in the College of Business at Western Carolina University.
Tonya’s background includes work within the private, public and non-profit sectors. She is a current business owner and knows first-hand the challenges and opportunities that exist in today’s competitive environment. Her firm works with businesses across the Southeast and utilizes a team of experts who are well-established in their respective fields. Her philosophy is that every company is different, just like every company’s growth looks different- therefore, choosing the right strategy and tools needed to tackle each situation is critical.
A notable highlight of her career was receiving the TWIN (Tribute to Women of Influence) Award, a designation by the Asheville YWCA designed to recognize women in Western North Carolina for significant contributions to business and industry in managerial and professional roles. She is very people-oriented and performance-driven with a strong competitive drive and is passionate about helping others succeed.
